Terms of Business
- Goods are supplied per D.O.D. in advance or against delivery.
- Prices are Ex-factory, Packing, Forwarding, Postage, Provincial or Central Sales Tax to be borne by the customer.
- All specifications Cat. No. & Size should be clearly noted on the order to avoid mistakes and delays in execution.
- Order once placed and goods manufactured cannot be cancelled and the indenter is to take delivery of the goods made according to his order.
- Goods are carefully packed and checked before dispatch. The customers are requested to see the parcel carefully and have them weighed before taking delivery.
- Prices mentioned in the list are subject to market fluctuation with or without notice.
- All disputes are to be settled at Jalandhar City.
- This cancels all our previous issues.
