Warranty

Universal warrants its products to be free from defects in material & workmanship at the point of sales.

Given the nature of the game the products are not warranted once used.

Universal will at its option , repair or replace goods with manufacturing defects.

Universal / Distributor liability shall not be exceed the value of the goods sold.

Universal / Distributor shall not be liable or direct , indirect , special , incidental or consequential , damage , whether based on contract , or any other legal theory.

Universal / Distributor disclaim any warranty of any kind , whether express or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
