When you think of wheel sled you think of a muscular man sweating it out in the gym. But wait, here's some good news! Anyone and everyone can use USI Universal's wheel Sled, be it a beginner or pro, and reap its benefits. Pushing and pulling sled develops glutes, calves, hamstrings, quads and the core. Sleds are versatile, but they are a great training tool, especially for runners, sprinters, or any athlete looking to improve their leg power.

Braking system: Frictionless and adjustable magnetic braking system increases resistance with speed giving you a good workout.

Bi-Directional Power: With two weight posts for plates, the USI Universal's wheel sled uses resistance to enhance functional training.

Workout zones: There are three workout zones and each power curve position is just the starting point. The level of intensity of workout goes up with the speed with which the sled is either pushed or pulled.

1. The lowest zone is for speed power through length of your stride and endurance.


2. The middle zone helps build acceleration power by increasing launching power and frequency of the stride.


3. In the top zone, the lower body is challenged to its maximum and it builds explosive power and quickness in the body of the athlete.

Indoors and outdoors: The durable solid rubber wheels of the sled can move easily on hardwood floors or carpeted area and as easily on the rugged outdoor surfaces like grass, turf, concrete or other hard pavement.
