  • Universal warrants its products to be free from defects in material & workmanship at the point of sales.
  • Given the nature of the game the products are not warranted once used.
  • Universal will at its option, repair or replace goods with manufacturing defects.
  • Universal / Distributor liability shall not exceed the value of the goods sold.
  • Universal / Distributor shall not be liable or direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, damage, whether based on contract, or any other legal theory.
  • Universal / Distributor disclaim any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
